Mourjoo furniture is one brands of Defaico Furniture Co., Ltd, which is aiming at high end luxury furniture and customized furniture manufacturing, design, research and development, sales and service. Our factory was established in 2001, and started international export from 2014. We are located in Houjie Town, Dongguan city, with a production area of 10,000 square meters. Brand Mourjoo products used in hotels, clubs, high-end villas, furnishing or interior design projects and other customized projects for many years, with more than 100 professional workers in the first line and a large number of customized furniture production emergency plans and special technology.

Our main market is USA, Europe, Middle-east, Australia, South Africa, India and other countries. Mourjoo furniture and service got perfect feedback and trust from all the clients during the past years. QUALITY CONTROL

Mourjoo Furniture has own quality control department to make sure there is no any flaw on each product. There are 9 people in our QC department.

Sampling Standard

AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) system : S3 & GⅡ, 2.5-4.0;

Our feedstock, semi-finished products, finished products inspection requirements:

1) CR issue (A), AQL=0;
2) MA issue (B), AQL=2.5-4.0% (Leather, fabric and hardware–2.5%; other material 4.0%);
3) MI issue (C), AQL=6.5%

Quality Assurance & After Sales Service

Our Defaico confirm all of our furniture is subject to strict inspection after finished to ensure good performance and durability. In normal use, if there is any damage we are responsible for taking necessary remedial measures to protect the legitimate rights of consumers.

1) Leather products (sofa, chair): 5 years. There will be slight color fading for all leather products during usage, but leather products can be used more than 5 years at least.
2) Tunk/cabinets products: 3 years. We supply new accessory/hard ware if there is damage/lost during usage for free.
3) Stainless steel: 4 years. All stainless steel (304 and 201 included) will not be oxidized or color fading during usage.
